Appointment intervals are generally the same as with traditional braces but can be much quicker with less time spent in the dentists’ or orthodontists’ chair during appointments as no adjustments need to be made to wires/brackets. Patients typically visit Dr. Santosh Patil every 4 weeks to ensure the treatment is progressing as planned, and to receive their next few sets of clear aligners, but Dr. Santosh will decide based on your treatment.
Some people may experience temporary, minor discomfort for a few days, at the beginning of each new stage of treatment when they insert a new aligner. This is normal and is typically described as a feeling of pressure. It is a sign that the aligners are working – moving your teeth gradually, helping you to achieve the final results. This discomfort typically goes away in a couple of days.
The total duration of treatment depends on the complexity of the treatment and is generally comparable to that of traditional braces. Typically treatment can last between 3 and 18 months. During your consultation, Our clinical Director - Dr. Santosh will provide you with more detailed information.

This is hands down the best dental experience of my life, the technology is first rate but what made it the best was the staff they are excellent - communication and making me feel relaxed and cared for thank-you.

I had my two teeths fixed two days ago. Nothing hurt and I am very satisfied with dentist Jessica Callow. Very kind, always smiling and does a great job. Thanks Jess.
Always been afraid of going to the dentist, since being a patient of Santosh and his team all my fears have gone. Santosh is so gentle ,explains everything and constantly reassures you.The hygienist is also excellent, wouldn't say I look forward to visiting but certainly much more relaxed. Highly recommend 👌
A painless extraction. I had suddenly lost a large filling in a tooth that had been troublesome for sometime. I phoned at 9:30 and spoke to a very efficient receptionist who offered me a 12:30 appointment as a new NHS patient. On arrival at the practice I was met by a very friendly dental nurse and ushered through to the treatment room where the dentist began the examination, taking great care to reassuringly explain how he intended to proceed. All options were explained to me and it was obvious the tooth needed to come out. From the application of anaesthetic to the final extraction, I can honestly say the most I felt was a slight discomfort. Afterwards the aftercare was carefully explained in detail and I was provided with written instructions. I am genuinely impressed by the friendly and professional service provided at short notice and have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
After a long absence from the dentist’s office, I finally faced the music and made an appointment with Stright Road Dental practice. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Zero shame from them while being uplifting and kind. Thank you for easing my anxiousness and fear. Definitely recommend
