At Straight Road Dental Clinic, our aim is for every patient who comes into the practice to feel at home.You can be confident that you will receive the highest quality of care in our Practice. We aim to make the patient’s journey, from first enquiry to treatment completion, a smooth and relaxed process.
On receiving a new patient enquiry phone call, you will be greeted by our friendly and professional reception. We will try and obtain as much information as possible in order to arrange for you to see the most relevant member of our team.
During your first visit, you will be required to fill out a medical history questionnaire, after which you will meet your Clinician. You can discuss your dental concerns, needs and expectations with your clinician. This will be followed by an oral examination and may involve taking digital photographs, impressions and digital x-rays, if required.
Oral examination is followed by a discussion on your bespoke treatment options.We will provide you with a written treatment plan detailing the options and costs. There is no obligation and patients are encouraged to take time to consider options. Treatment starts after the plan is agreed.
During treatment you will be kept well informed of the progress being made against the original plan so that you are content with the treatment’s progress. Should any alterations to the treatment plan be appropriate, these will be fully explained, discussed and agreed.
Patient care does not finish when a course of treatment is completed. We will provide you with a detailed after care instructions. Wherever possible we will try to send reminders for the same. We offer a full range of oral hygiene and dental care products, should you want to purchase the same. We cannot stress enough on the importance of regular dental hygeine and check-ups.
At Straight Road Dental Practice we are committed to creating a treatment plan that suits you and your budget. Payment is taken before treatment. We can work out a staged payment option for treatments which are carried out over a long period of time.
We strive to provide the highest standards of treatment for every patient, at every appointment, in every aspect of dentistry. Patients are invited to provide a feedback on “Google Review” or “NHS Review” before departing or leave a comment in the Comments Book. We also have an established patients complaints procedure should this be necessary.
We accept referrals for Dental Implants, Fixed and Removable Orthodontics, Laser Gum Corrections, Minimally Invasive Smile Makeover, Dental Acupuncture and Dental Hypnosis at SRDP. You are welcome to refer your patients to us for the above services. Patients remain registered with the referring dentist. Thank You
