Treatment with FastBraces usually takes between three months and a year. However, some patients see results in just a few weeks. In contrast, traditional braces usually take two to three years to completely straighten teeth.
This system is designed to be a non-extraction treatment plan. Many patients undergoing traditional orthodontia must have teeth removed to create enough space. Then, the orthodontist uses braces to pull the surrounding teeth into the gaps created by extractions. Fast Braces works by moving the entire tooth, often avoiding the need for extractions.
While you may experience some discomfort after your braces are tightened, Fast Braces is typically less painful than traditional braces.
Compared to traditional braces, Fast Braces are:
Faster
More affordable
Less painful
In addition, a shorter treatment means there is less time for plaque and bacteria to build up around brackets, which can reduce your risk of developing oral health issues.
Yes, you will need a retainer. However, unlike traditional braces, you will only need to wear it for a small portion of the day. Most patients need to wear their retainers for about 15 to 20 minutes each day, while others choose to wear them only while sleeping.
Not every patient qualifies for FastBraces, but the majority do. Most patients who can receive traditional braces also qualify for treatment with FastBraces. This treatment can address:
Gaps
Crooked teeth
Underbites
Overbites
Crossbites
Open bites
In general, FastBraces cost about half as much as traditional braces. The shorter treatment time also reduces the number of visits to our office, which can save you money as well.
This is hands down the best dental experience of my life, the technology is first rate but what made it the best was the staff they are excellent - communication and making me feel relaxed and cared for thank-you.
My daughter had a tooth removed both the dentist and his nurse were amazing with her made her feel comfortable and told her everything they were doing highly recommend them x
I had my two teeths fixed two days ago. Nothing hurt and I am very satisfied with dentist Jessica Callow. Very kind, always smiling and does a great job. Thanks Jess.
Always been afraid of going to the dentist, since being a patient of Santosh and his team all my fears have gone. Santosh is so gentle ,explains everything and constantly reassures you.The hygienist is also excellent, wouldn't say I look forward to visiting but certainly much more relaxed. Highly recommend 👌
A painless extraction. I had suddenly lost a large filling in a tooth that had been troublesome for sometime. I phoned at 9:30 and spoke to a very efficient receptionist who offered me a 12:30 appointment as a new NHS patient. On arrival at the practice I was met by a very friendly dental nurse and ushered through to the treatment room where the dentist began the examination, taking great care to reassuringly explain how he intended to proceed. All options were explained to me and it was obvious the tooth needed to come out. From the application of anaesthetic to the final extraction, I can honestly say the most I felt was a slight discomfort. Afterwards the aftercare was carefully explained in detail and I was provided with written instructions. I am genuinely impressed by the friendly and professional service provided at short notice and have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
After a long absence from the dentist’s office, I finally faced the music and made an appointment with Stright Road Dental practice. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Zero shame from them while being uplifting and kind. Thank you for easing my anxiousness and fear. Definitely recommend
